Josedeodo’s instincts power Team Liquid to LCS title
05.10.26, 04:03 5 Minute Read
Team Liquid Alienware jungler Brandon “Josedeodo” Villegas looked over at his top laner, Park “Morgan” Ru-han, and flashed a wry smile.
Villegas was getting his wish: a chance to play Lee Sin. Lee Sin is widely considered Villegas’s best champion, and teams ban it outright before he can even think about picking it.
Park had mid-lane champion Ryze, but all it took was a look from Villegas to remind him it was there for the taking. Even then, Villegas wasn’t sure Lee Sin was actually available.
“It surprised me too that they left Lee Sin because honestly after the game against Karmine [at MSI], I was like, ‘It’s done. No more,’” Villegas said. “It was open, so I was quite surprised.”
