The Load Ins

HONOR ROLL: Kim "Canna" Chang-dong

Canna was near unstoppable in the 2-0 victory against CTBC Flying Oyster. He dealt 39.5K damage with a KDA of 7-3-14.

The top laner is tied for seventh on KDA with 3.3 per game, fourth in damage per minute (586), and fifth in gold difference at 15 minutes (plus-301).

HONOR ROLL: Bai "369" Jia-Hao

He is the only player who has appeared on this list twice and deserves the award.

His stats aren’t going to pop off the page. He is in the middle of players in damage per minute (10th) and kill percentage (11th). 369 is, however, fifth among top laners with a KDA of 3.5.

But for a player who was a substitute, 369 isn’t losing lane outright and has remained competitive in six games. His 8.9 CS per minute ranks fourth and has a needle-thin positive gold difference at the 15-minute mark (plus-38).

HONOR ROLL: Yu “Jackeylove” Wen-Bo

Jackeylove wasn’t about to let his former teammates TheShy and Rookie grab all the glory from the 2018 title team. The TES bottom laner has been steady throughout the tournament.

He is fifth in damage per minute (738), which is his only top-5 stat. Don’t let the lack of stats fool you. Jackeylove – and most of TES – has remained steady in their games at Worlds.

In the quarterfinal-clinching win against BLG, Jackeylove had a 9-6-10 KDA and a match-high 65.1K damage. – Sean

Tock

STOCK UP: TOP Esports

TES has earned a reputation for falling short on the international stage.

The low point of 2026 was when they lost to Team Secret Whales at MSI in Korea.

Now, they’re through to the quarterfinals, allowing Jackeylove to try add another title. – Misa

STOCK UP: Karmine Corp’s 5-Man Unit

KC has quietly looked good. Despite falling into the 2-2 pool, KC has been in most games they played. The team is even in kills and kills percentage and have been doing what was expected of them in game.

Can KC keep its form that it spent an entire summer building? They will find out Saturday. – Paul

STOCK DOWN: LCP Goes Down

It’s always heartbreaking to see the underdog go home, but it was inevitable for the three LCP teams to leave the United States.

Team Secret Whales went 0-3; CFO went 1-3, while MVK went 2-2 in the play-ins.

It’s a region that had earned so much attention, but the clock struck midnight and the carriage the teams rode returned to pumpkin form in time for Halloween. – Misa

STOCK DOWN: BLG Not on the Same Page

BLG was once on a golden road. Then the loss at MSI shook things up. The following split the domestic sweep also fell short when they lost to Anyone’s Legend.

Now, BLG is staring at an early elimination for the second year in a row with a matchup with HLE looming. Can the team that was once golden figure it out and get back to the knockout stage? – Paul
